Ye, I thought wind was choppy as well. I was out with 12M and over-powered/under-powered constantly. Yes, I am still up for Moon-light buggying. I was thinking about July sometime, Friday or Saturday night when full moon and low tide. Best time would be starting at 3am ride until lifeguards show up.
