And the snowkiting season starts with a bang. We had a BLAST last weekend up at Tugg Hill. Brian (and friend), Gregg & Jackie, Sunnie and I joined up with Bob, Jan, Jackie, and Dave up there and had some good times.
Wind was a little light Saturday, but really fun. Sunday was nasty. Strong, gusty winds, with sleet coming down on us. But we still had a good time. Looking forward to the next trip.

We are looking at heading up that way again at the end of the month, if conditions permit.
looks great up there, but we are getting some powder over here… seems to be over 10″ till morning .. I’m thinking to go somewhere around Monday or Tuesday.. work tomorrow
I wish you I knew you guys were going up. I’m back in class on the 4th, so I’m more or less screwed snowkiting wise this season.
We got a good 20+ inches of snow in DC last weekend. Took me over 2 and 1/2 hrs to dig out my car. But then I drove to a field in DC and snowkited the entire afternoon. No pictures, Sunnie didnt come along. But it was a blast.
Sorry we didnt call you Barnes, I thought someone had reached out to you that weekend. I’ll make sure someone drops you a line next time. We are looking at going up for New Years, if the weather cooperates. Would you be up for that?
