wow, this is what kite bum life is like.?? Three days in a row I kited, Thursday afternoon, all day Friday and today Saturday.?? I can get used to this life.
So, I already wrote about Thursday afternoon.
Chilepin, Ragden and I got together again at Dewey on Friday.?? I got there first.???? Some kites in water(?) but no kites in the air.?? So, I took out the legendary SA2 15M.?? I did it again!?? God bless Silver Arrow.
Then Chilepin and Ragden showed up and wind picked up.?? We were amazed it was that windy Friday.?? Just like the day before, I flew 15M all day, sometime powered up, sometimes depowered.?? Then I decided to demo some inflatable kites + new board.?? I went out, tried to do some tricks then crashed.?? I hit the board with my arm and leg so hard, I thought I broke some bones.?? It turned out to be just some bruses + me being such a big baby (I almost cried you know?).?? I was fine.?? We had good dinner that night.?? I was going to go home and drive back next day but my friend got a camp site and invited me.?? I was sooooo drunk that night.
Then today, Saturday.?? Forecast said it would be windy in the morning and shut down afternoon.?? I got out at 9 am, still with hang over.?? I thought I could fly 12M but I was underpowered and wind started to die down.?? Then, snobdr called me.?? Told him that wind is dying down and probably not worth to drive all the way down.?? It turned out that I gave him wrong info 
So, I went out again with 15M again thinking that would be it and a gust hit me.?? I looked back and I saw white caps coming towards me.?? I immediately took the kite down and boy! glad I did.?? From then on, it started blowing close to 20mph.?? I took my 12M out again and had a great day.?? H2air, local shop threw a BBQ party as well, making the day more fun.?? Good food, good wind, good weather, couldn’t ask for more.?? Oh, and I did my first kite loop!?? I’ve practicing it all day but couldn’t do it.?? Then my friend showed up with his North Vegas 12M, my favorite kite.?? He thought he would be over powered with that thing so I took it out first.?? It turns so fast that I decided to give it a shot and I sure made it!?? It wasn’t a pretty one but it’s qualified as kiteloop and it’s a good start.

Epic weekend. Was stoked to be able to ride the two days in a row I did get. I was barely able to get out of bed on Saturday. There was no way I could have handled a third day. I am glad you had fun though.
OH i see how it is. Brians becoming a wind hog. Has to have it all to himself. Last time ill ask him what the wind is doing.
Yeah, that was a bit cruel. But you know, if you HAD made the drive, the wind would have died…

I was planing on going Saturday too, but Brian SMS “no wind” so I too feel snobdr’s emotional pain and regret. However, I ended up with awesome landboarding sessions on 4th and 5th near DC so the only pain I feel is physical pain
Starting to recover so I might head out again today.
