The Friday after “The Bird”.

Weather Underground is saying W 14, 54 degrees at 1:00 PM for tomorrow.
Not perfect but looking better than Saturday (WNW 6, 45)and way better than Sunday (NE 6, 40, 60% chance of rain).
So I?m off to pack-up the Van for a morning cruise to Wonderful Wildwood by the Sea.
I will check out North Beach, Crest Pier Beach, and Apollo Beach.
I will be at the one the has the best conditions by 11:00 AM.
The Turkey was tasty,
The family time was great.
But tomorrow I do what really gets me off,
And Dudes I can?t wait!

I am quite quite tempted to join you. Winds dont look the greatest, but I want to go. The other thing I just found out is that Ski Roundtop is opening up tomorrow. Not as far a drive, but buying lift tickets sucks.

I was at Roundtop last Saturday spinning donuts on the snow overspray in the parking lot (bottom of Minuteman).
Had to test out my new van.
Almost as much fun as Buggying, for about 10 minutes.

I live 10 miles from the place. Used to board a lot but got too painful for this old guy. And expensive.

Well, I had a blast. I am really glad we all managed to get out there and get… “some” riding in. Winds werent what we had hoped, but I still had a lot of fun. Hopefully next time we can actually get some STEADY, CONSISTENT winds. Still, it was good to see everyone out there. Had a blast! :)

I should have joined you guys on Friday. Today (Saturday) was a waste of time. Started with no wind then when it picked up, wrong direction. I think I rode 10 feet. Beautiful day though. It might have been 50F today.

At least you got out in the sun on a nice day on the beach. Bummer about the wind. Maybe next weekend… thought the tides are low in the morning and high right around noon.. guess it all depends on the wind…

Hmmm, I missed the entire action!! well if you guys are intesrrested t know what my fun was on Friday I bought an air compressor at home depot ;)
