Dude,
Awesome video, great camera work!
What a super day of buggying for the chosen ones.
Looks like something went wrong when Joey was filming, got nothing?
That just gives us a reason to do it again.
Pleasant Breezes,
Don
Glad you like it… I thought it was pretty good myself… when you say you got nothing with the other camera,,, what do you mean exactly? No film at all or just blue sky shots as if the camera was being aimed into the sky…. because a few times I had to tell him to lower the camera because it looked liked it was aimed at sky… we will correct that for next time……but it was still a great day..
Don, I like it when you said “chosen ones” I call others “suckers”
Great video, Joe. Tandem ride was fun. Hope to do it again when Jen’s around. I bought a 2nd buggy to give her a ride like that but she never had a chance.
you guys are making me green with the good runs you got in. i have to get down there one of these days. everytime i see a video of good buggying i want jump in my buggy and ride. i can`t believe its almost a year since i buggied but as soon as i open my garage door and see my 30 chevy i want to cruise.
i want to thank you guys for keeping the nj buggy club alive and well. i think with all the buggying you guys are doing is great for the club and i for one will always be a nj buggier. even if i don`t buggy as much as i used too.
Hey Jesse, yes it was great. One of the best parts of the video is when you go screaming by the camera,, the good shot that you can see you real well,,,if you noticed the music kicks in right at that point and it almost sounds as if your screaming with the music as you go by… really cool. Damn I’m good.
Gentelman,
I found the video by Joey (26 min.) in my recycling bin.
These computers do the damest things!
Joe, I will send you an SD card with this video and the footage from Oct. 18th, the slam fest.
Since you are getting good at editing and matching the music.
my best day at wildwood was many years ago and the wind and tide was just right. i was able to do 7 mile runs until i ran out of beach. its fenced off way down south. i crusied at 40mph all day and did 62 miles. my best day yet at wildwood. out at NABX my best is 127 miles in one day and a top speed of 54mph in my little pl folder buggier
Yes, Glenn. I know what you are talking about. I did have that kind day as well.
I was supposed to meet NJ Club members at 8am that day. I was so excited the night before that I couldn’t sleep and ended up waking up at 4 am. Rather than going back to bed, I just packed up and left for Wildwood.
When I got there, it must have been over 20mph, SE. I pulled out 2M and headed to south. Saw the fence, turned around and headed to north. I hit 2nd street (LBJ spot) and turned around.
By the time I got back to base camp, wind died and other members started show up. LBJ was mad(?) at me saying “you should have called me, dude”
I am still looking for SE wind. When it happens, I will be there, no matter how cold it is. Hope it happens at least once before new year.
