hey great idea, actually today looks better than tomorrow .. my source says wind 27 – 32, with gust up to 49 mph… not sure if this is ride able for me… but if you will go we might come just to hang around and shoot some pictures …

Wow. This looks awesome. Bit much in the wind department though. One of those days I’m wishing for a 6m depower. Maybe someday I’ll find a 6m P3 for sale. heh.

ragden, keep me updated if you are going to NY. I’ll see if I can pull it off money wise, but I’m trying to get out on the snow before classes start next Monday!

I have my work cut out for today, I wish I could have done a 2 day trip….
Next week won’t work for me, so TH will have to wait, besides that I am not sure if a harness would be a good thing for me to wear, I bruised my rib the other day in the snow (yes with my harness…. – still plenty to learn for me in the snow kite department..)

Another lost soul here that has to work.

Jesse we have to hook up. Got a killer field thats local we have to hit. Brian bailed on me this last snow.

Just finished packing my buggy, blokart and stuff, now pack some cold weather gear…

@ Joe, will you have your tandem setup with you??
I have two of my neighbors coming down, last time them came down and enjoyed the blokart, would be nice to get them in a moving buggy too

Also I wanted to get a ride in the tandem so I can take cool action pics or video…. hopefully you have it with you..

how was it?? we decided not to go… strong , gusty winds and cold cold cold…

Very cold.
Very gusty.
Good times and great company. Day started off strong with some blokarting and tandems for Jesse and his fouled ribs. Mid afternoon brought some fresh blood and brutal gusts. Fantastic sunset runs with a nice moonrise.
Very cold but we were all geared up well.

Great to see you all again and fly together. Sorry the others couldn’t make it.

Glad you guys had a good time. Winds in the DC area were scary. Heading up to Tug Hill tonight.. hope to get some good snowkiting in this weekend….
