Low tides are looking favorable for the Kite Fest. Friday 5/23 4:05 PM, Sat. 4:46, Sun. 5:32, and Mon. 6:26. In past years you were not allowed to Buggy till 5:30 after the Life Guards were off duty and I assume it will be that way this year I will be there all 4 days [...]

Unfortunately, I will be traveling that weekend.? Any NJ Buggy Club members going to be there?? Possibly Don and I think Tim @ HQ Kite will be there as well.? Maybe a good chance to demo all HQ kites including Neo.
