Good kiteboarding session at Hatteras, NC.

Saturday was beautiful.? It should have been over 70F.? I was kiting with 3/2mm short wetsuit but some were wearing their swimming suit.? Water was warm, even warmer than air at the end of the day.? I think I kited over 5 hours that day

Sunday, wind died down.? I was going to stay there until 3 pm but had only 2 hour ride that morning and decided to pack up.? When I got home it was 50F….burrrr

It was long drive but had good time with my friends.? I should do that again!

Sounds like a generally successful kitey weekend!

Any shark reports down that way? and how long was the drive?
I don’t even want to tell ya how long my drive home from WWB was with all the traffic from accidents, congestion, etc…
Worth it though.

Did you get any pics or vids Brian?

Hey, Luke. It takes about 7 hours to get there. Just for Saturday ride, it was totally worth it. Such a good place for everything, especially kiting. If you haven’t been there, you should visit there some time.

My friend took some pictures and as soon as he post it on his Picasa, I will put a link here.

So, how long does it take for you to get to WWB?
